Human Communication

Communication is one of the most powerful characteristics inherent to human beings,of the planet Earth. In our world,we interpret communication,as a process of exchanging information. It also can be defined as a process of understanding and sharing mean. this process require,perceiving,interpreting and comprehending the meaning of the verbal and non verbal behavior of others. And it includes a sender and a receiver,exchanging ideas and views in order to provide information and guide lines. It is the transfer and understanding of meaning. Almost 100% of our work is based on communication. It is a very basic human activity. I facilitates building of human relationships.Our ability to use language to build words, combine these into meaningful sequences and then articulate them through speech that makes us the most powerful communicators on the planet.
Mainly,communication styles are of two types,vebal and non verbal.A variety of verbal and non-verbal means of communicating exists such as body language, eye contact, sign language, paralanguage, haptic communication, chronemics, Some of non verbal communication includes chronemics, haptics, gesture, body language or posture; facial expression and eye contact, object communication such as clothing, hairstyles, architecture, symbols infographics, and media such as pictures, graphics, sound, and writing.The cry of a child. A romantic novel. Numbers on a computer screen. The music of the great, and tone of voice as well as through an aggregate of the above.t so great, composers. The gentle touch of someone's hand. Picasso's Guernica. All of these are commonly held to be acts of communication.Paintings are one means of representing the appearance of the world. Music is another. Maths is another, and so on. We may have no personal experience of attempting to communicate through these means.Non verbal communication is often less structured,uses symbols and colours,most often unconcious,difficult to control and more reliable than verbal communication,as u cannot control and manipulate. However, the majority of us will have direct experience of accomplishing communication with words through the use of spoken language.Indeed, it is a human’s capacity to build words, combine these into meaningful sequences and then articulate them through speech that makes us the most powerful communicators on the planet.

Our ability to talk to ourselves and think in words is a major part of the human experience of consciousness.Intrapersonal communication is language use or thought internal to the communicator. It can be useful to envision intrapersonal communication occurring in the mind of the individual in a model which contains a sender, receiver, and feedback loop. Intrapersonal communication can encompass Speaking aloud (talking to oneself), reading aloud, repeating what one hear ,Day-dreaming,Communication between body parts; e.g. "My stomach is telling me it's time for lunch.",Writing (by hand, or with a word processor, etc) one's thoughts or observations etc.

Interpersonal communication is the process that we use to communicate our ideas, thoughts, and feelings to another person. Our interpersonal communication skills are learned behaviors that can be improved through knowledge, practice, feedback, and reflection. Interpersonal communication encompasses the cycle of communication including the aspects such as sender,receiver,encoding and decoding of message,information,feed back and external forces such as noice. In interpersonal communication an immediate feed back can be acquired. Means such as telephone,e mail and chat are used in interpersonal communication.

Organizational communication are of two types,that is vertical communication and Lateral communication. Vertical communication is of two types,top to bottom and bottom to top. Top to bottom communication is the flow of information from superiors to subordinates. Upward communication refers to subordinates providing information to superiors and especially important to recieve feedback from employees. Lateral communication is the flow of information between individuals and units of the same hierarchical level.
